can I get a battery indicator like in the mintypi? - Yami_Industries - 01-30-2018

would I be able to use the code from the mintypi to add an on screen battery indicator for my freeplay zero build without adding this board in this video?

The Freeplay Zero and Freeplay CM3 do have an on-screen low battery indicator and a red LED. It does not work like a "fuel gauge" to tell you how charged the battery is. It only tells you when it's low. It will also initiate a safe shutdown after it is low for a while.

You could (in theory) hook that board from the eBay video up to the Freeplay CM3. You might be able to use their scripts to add the on-screen indicator or edit the Freeplay fbcp code to add the indicator there.
