It is possible that those are only seen on a Neo Geo Pocket [Not Color] or in NPG mode in an NGPC (Remember seeing the mini-game in Samurai Showdown! 2 or King of Fighter R-2 (can't remember the exact game) on the Neo Geo Pocket Color when messing with certain settings.
