WS Flash Masta v4.4 (early adopter version)

But a week ago I found that the game saves are gone.Huh

I have been playing the 'Super Robot Taisen Compact' and I'm sure that the game supports in-game save with Flash Masta.

After that I tested some games with save fixed(to SRAM) and all of their save didn't work.(Game saved well but after power-off and power-on they are gone)Sad

What happened to my cart? The cart is not physically damaged.

Does the battery on board affect the save function?

I want to know possible reasons..

Yes, the battery definitely controls the save function. I wonder if there's some way that your battery died. That would be quite odd.

Also, it is worth knowing that the save area is shared across all the ROM slots. So, if you play ROM1, save, play ROM2, then ROM2 may overwrite ROM1's save. That doesn't sound like what you described, however.

I wonder if there's some way that the cart was stored in a way that the battery shorted out or something. Do you have a good way to test the battery's voltage?
