WS Flash Masta v5.1

The rom MD5 is "b7e66090d059f77636161fa4e21f3e89", Is that correct?

The back of the FlashMasta says 11-20-2020 v5.2, and has no save battery.

Tetris seems to boot, but anything that messes with saves (settings, high score, completing a games) locks up.  Music continues to play but the game becomes unresponsive.

Does anyone know if/when another batch of Flash Masta carts will be available to preorder/purchase?
I am already signed up for notifications but can't seem to find any indication of when (or if) it will be available again.

Thanks in advance for any info.
Impatiently awaiting a first production run Freeplay CM3... Big Grin

I did some test today.
I use cartfriend as 1st rom.
1st, check the EEPROMs. I patched all the EEPROM IPS patch from github here: https://github.com/splash5/ws-eeprom-to-sram-ips
And choose 3 to test all OK: gunpey EX, Raku Jongg, tetris. Can save without any issue.
Then, I double check the list again.
I think the Digimon Digital Monsters for WonderSwanColor (J) [!].wsc should be same as: Digital Monster Card Game for WonderSwanColor (J).wsc. Because I didn't find it in goodwsx. And no-intro. They should be the same??
And still didn't found the patch of puzzle bubble. So, still cannot save. Anybody have this patch?

2nd, the SRAM games which cannot run.
I didn't test the wonderwitch.
The BEAT MANIA will be crash when open it in the flashmasta program. Cannot even open it. Cannot flash it into the cart. Totally Failed.
Cho Denki Card Battle will be crashed. Totally.
Digimon games, One Piece - Grand Battle Swan Colloseum and guilty gear, can run, but seems they're FTG game, I really don't know how to save, what I can get, when to save. But seems save is OK (at least they didn't stuck)
One Piece - Niji no Shima Densetsu. Can save, after reset, backup, reload again. Still OK.
Makaimura OK. Like above.
All conan OK. Like above.
Riviera OK. Like above.
That's all.

So now, except the wonder witch. Just only the puzzle bubble, beat mania. Cho denki failed. The cart and cartfriend is pretty well.

This sounds fantastic so cardfirend and makumura runs even if it is not the first rom. Cool Smile seems to me I will be finally very happy with flashmasta ^^
Is there a rom set out there which is recommened ?

No different. Take the goodwsx or the no-intro are all ok.
makumura confirmed OK. I flash it as #10. Can run, but I died very fast... So, I don't know saved or didn't save. I press continue, it started at stage 1. Usually, game if cannot SRAM, will be crashed.

Perfect - will test it on weekend :-) as a mac user I have to look into how to patch the ips stuff. is the Git still the best place to be on page 1?

After I send a request to a Chinese friend, finally the puzzle bobble updated IPS patch. Now, should be all the SRAM can work!
So, all the game except the beat mania and Cho denki worked perfectly!

mhmetalheart,

It looks like this patch is now added to https://github.com/splash5/ws-eeprom-to-sram-ips

Do you think that's the correct one?
