Loading Roms After Format?

I know it's somewhere but can't freaking find it. What do you do after you get things up and running to add new emus and roms? I have all the roms I need, just need to put the dang emus on it.

Loading my SD card back into my PC only shows about 50Mb worth of space and it's a 32Gb card. So ???

You will want to check out the "USB Stick" portion of this guide: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Transferring-Roms/

The 50Mb that you see is just the 'boot' partition. The main partition is not readable by Windows/Mac, so you won't see it on your PC.
