Really, the older version that you are (most likely) talking about is the same internally. The current version just looks better.

As far as price goes. I really can't say. For used stuff like this, I think anywhere from half to 3/4 price seems reasonable. If I were a buyer, I'd ask for half price. If I were the seller, I'd go for 3/4.
