Overscan options?

I think I messed up the overscan option for the image. Not sure if it even had one, but I did play with overscan before I had the miniUSB to USB, but games, and even retropie menus themselves, are displaying to far down off the screen and too far to the left.
Does anyone have a recommended setting for overscan? Or will I need to make adjustments on my own?
